Ingredients
- Russet potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Daddy B’s Signature Chicken Rub
- Course Sea Salt
- Pepper
- Baking sheet covered in foil
Cooking Direction
- Heat oven to 425
- Scrub the potatoes
- Prick potatoes with a fork a few times on each side
- Season with olive oil, Chicken Rub, Sea Salt and pepper
- Bake 50-60 minutes, flipping every 20 minutes or so
