Uses: Great on brisket, steak and beef ribs.

Our Brisket rub was created with a special blend of spices to add a layer of depth and flavor to the bark. We then add a touch of cayenne pepper to add a little something to the experience. After all, we are from Texas. With hints of rosemary, thyme, onion & garlic, this blend really hits the mark.

Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Spices, Paprika, Onion, Garlic, Silicon Dioxide (Free Flow Agent) and Tenderizer (Proteolytic Enzyme derived from Papaya).
