We crafted our Chicken rub for amazing flavor. This blend is perfect on poultry and great on just about everything else. Made with select herbs and spices that really excite the palate. It has a bite of sweetness that adds a level of depth to the blend. It also includes a natural tenderizer made from Papaya.

Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Spices, Onion, Garlic, Chili Peppers, Silicon Dioxide (Free Flow Agent) and Papain (Proteolytic Enzyme derived from Papaya).
